Despite a 16-point gap in the standings, Pep Guardiola has referred to Newcastle United as one of Manchester City’s “rivals.”
City are at present five spots above injury-hit Newcastle in second and Eddie Howe conceded ‘not entirely settled to attempt to draw nearer to them’. Newcastle completed in the main four last season and the games between the different sides have surely got much more tight with simply a solitary objective being the distinction in every one of the three gatherings in the momentum crusade.
