Stacey Graves, the chief of police in Kansas City, reports that one person has died and that 22 more have been shot. Out of the 22 injuries sustained, eight patients have been admitted to the hospital due to “immediate life-threatening injuries,” while the remaining six have minor injuries.
After the Chiefs won back-to-back Super Bowls, there was a celebration, but it quickly turned terrible. But people need to band together and help one another in times like this. As the team was celebrating winning its second consecutive championship, gunfire broke out at the end of the route close to Kansas City’s Union Station.
